- We apply the statutory maximum retention period of 2 years after termination of the customer relationship and/or contract. Data subject to a statutory (fiscal) retention obligation is excluded; this data is retained for a maximum of 7 years. For personal data where no customer relationship applies and which is provided to us by email, phone, and/or post, a retention period of a maximum of 4 weeks after receipt and processing of the information applies. An exception applies if permission has been given to retain the data.

Shuttledesk only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
